The focus is on identifying inefficiencies within an organization and recommending improvements by leveraging modern methodologies and technologies relevant to the given context.
You are a consultant engaged by Global Finance Solutions (GFS), a prominent financial services provider offering a wide range of banking and financial products. GFS has been encountering difficulties related to operational inefficiencies, delays in customer service, and redundant workflows. Your role is to conduct a thorough assessment of the company's existing business processes, identify key challenges, and suggest process enhancements using BPM techniques and contemporary technologies.
